Application forms will not be accepted unless completed legibly and in full and accompanied by the full application fee.
Voting Members • Must reside within the District Council of Ceduna. • May Vote, Move or Second a motion at any General Meeting. • May receive financial Statements, directors reports and auditors reports of the company. • May Participate in Hotel promotions and benefits that are for Members. • Pay a once only fee of $44.00 including GST.

I hereby apply for Membership as a Voting Member of the Ceduna Community Hotel Ltd. I agree to abide by the conditions and regulations as set out in the Constitution of the Ceduna Community Hotel Ltd and to pay the life time membership fee of $44.00.
